Announcements Thanksgiving FeastJoin us for our Thanksgiving Feast on Friday, November 19th at 11-12 pm on the field.
SnacksPlease make sure your child brings a small snack each day to school!
To help your child continue their reading progress, please have them practice sight words nightly along with reading nightly. Our reading groups are going great, but it is important that your child takes time every day/night to read as well. I can see huge improvements in those students who read nightly. Harvest Celebration!Your children's paper bag book reports have been a BIG hit! Great job!
Our Harvest Celebration is this Friday, October 29th at 2-3 p.m. in our classroom. Come and join us! We will have crafts and other fun foods and games! Reminders-Sept. 29thPlease make sure you have signed up for a conference time on the blue sign up form that was sent home.

As you may already know, conference days have a new look this year. Rather than a series of days being built into the elementary school calendar, conferences will be based upon parent request. The weeks identified and posted on our school website are for those of you who may prefer traditional rather than newer methods of conferencing, e.g., phone or email conferences. Since change from the traditional method has not changed our commitment to students and the learning experience we provide them, we look forward to working with you to ensure the best education for your children. Johnny Appleseed CelebrationWe will celebrate Johnny Appleseed's Birthday in our classroom on Thursday, September 23rd. We will taste different apple foods and find out our favorites!
